40 Days of 40 - day 4

On day 4 we went to a character breakfast at a Disney resort. As we where going in the hostess asked "Whose birthday is it?" My wife pointed me out and the hostess gave me a button with my name on it. All the Disney employees at the breakfast wished me "happy birthday" when they saw the button. Then we went to Epcot.

My wife insisted that I continue to wear the button. The guy at the monorail station wished me a happy birthday. The guy searching our bags before we went through the gate wished me a happy birthday. The lady at the gate wished me a happy birthday. (You can probably see where this is going.) Throughout the entire day Disney employees wished me happy birthday. It was weird at first. Then it got to be funny. After a while it became impressive. Even the people walking around with brooms would pause to wish me happy birthday. My wife would smirk every time. All I could say was "Thank you" and keep going.

We had a great time. We even saw our youngest get transformed into a princess kitty! It was really funny when she put her mouse ear hat on with that face paint.
